Worldgate Plaza I, II, III and IV

The Worldgate Plaza buildings are four, four-story, Class A office buildings each comprising 161,164 RSF constructed above a parking garage. These buildings were developed on a site fronting on the Dulles Toll Road between the Dulles Airport and Washington, D.C.. Worldgate is one Freeway exit west of Reston and two exits east of Dulles Airport, in Herndon, Virginia.
