The Office at Park Ten

The Westgate project is a land parcel of approximately 20 acres and will include the development of an office complex consisting of three separate 4 and 5 story office buildings, each served by an independent dedicated parking structure. Buildings 1 and 2 are four stores and will contain approximately 242,000 RSF and 186,000 RSF, respectively. Building 3 will contain five stories and contain approximately 226,000 REF. The site is located just east of the intersection of I-10 and Barker Cypress and is the last remaining parcel of any meaningful size in the Park Ten commercial park.
