Seven Oaks West is a Class A+ office development project in Austin, TX. Upon completion, Seven Oaks East will be a four story, 130,152 square foot, LEED certified, Class A+ office building. The property will have four floors of office with floorplates ranging from 30,000 - 33,000 sf with 360-degree views of the Texas hill country. There will be five levels of subterranean executive parking underneath the building with 445 garage spaces and 69 surface spaces for a ratio of approximately 4.0 per 1,000 sf.
